The big decision (4th chapter)

In this chapter dani and alex had their first disagreement. It`s about want to be in the spotlight. Dani showed Alex little blue pinguins which were watched from many people and she said that the pinguins were cute but Alex didn`t agree with her. He thought that the pinguins don`t like to be watch by many people if they came back from fishing trip. He thought that Dani criticized him and his dreams to be famous.

I think that this disagreement between Alex and Dani isn`t very important because at the end they kiss each other again and laugh about their disagreement!

The islands and the mountains (3rd chapter)

Describe what happens on the top of St. Mary`s Peak.

As the two boys, Alex and Kevin, were on the top, they talked to each other about the view at first. Later Kevin told Alex that Tom had been there with him as he was nine years old and Tom said that he don`t want to married as soon but he already had married and he had a son! Alex were diapointet and angry about that!
After they talked, they went back to tent in rain.

Aley think on the end of this chapter:"Let him self see how HE likes it." He mean with HE his dad Tom, because he´s angry about what Tom said and I think he want to make angry his fahter a little bit for saying something like that if he had a son!!!!!

Hello Australia (second chapter)

I think that Alex was very exiting about his life in Australia. When he arrived in Australia and didn`t see his dad he would be shocked, because one argument while he travel to Australia was that he want to meet his real dad. But he wasn`t at the airport. Only his wife Mary and their two children were waiting for him.
The day was great for Alex even his dad was in London! He met Dani, a beautiful girl, and I think he`ll fall in love with her!
I want to read eihter because I want to know what`s about the band and if Alex will plays with this band.
Even his book isn`t like the books I normally read but I´m intrested how the story will go on!

The trip of a lifetime (chapter one)

The first chapter of The Australian Connection is a little discription of this story. We know that Alex is a 18- year old boy who is going to travel to Australia to meet his real dad. But we don`t know everything about his feelings about this decision. This does that the reader have to think about that things.
I asked myself why Alex`s dad had left his mother and him. Besides I want to know how the trip to Australia for Alex will be. I think that Alex does the right if he want to visit his dad in Australia. But I don`t unsderstand while Alex`s dad have not write any letters before Alex had write this one letter to his dad that he`ll come to Australia.
So I want to read either!!!!
